Summary
The Westerly Konsort 29 is a popular and robust cruising yacht designed by Laurent Giles and built by Westerly Marine in the UK and is a perfect introduction to family sailing. First introduced in 1979, the Konsort became one of Westerly's best-selling models, with over 700 boats produced until 1992. Its rugged build, versatile sailing performance, and comfortable accommodation made it a favourite among coastal cruising sailors. Usha is a well-loved bilge-keel example of this popular design, perfect for exploring coves and creeks and being able to take the ground. Usha has been in the same ownership since 1999.
