Summary

'Sprazi' is a very good example of the ever popular Sadler 25. This is the final Mark III version and one of the last built before changing to the Sadler 26. She is powered by an economical but reliable Yanmar 1GM10, has a decent suit of Dolphin sails and well represented in electronic navigation aids.
This is the fin keeled version with transom hung rudder and tiller steering. She has many extras including Sea Feather self steering and a Darglow Featherstream 3-bladed feathering propeller.. Currently ashore for the winter. She will be antifouled ready for her new owner.

Mechanical

Vessel powered by a single cylinder Yanmar 1GM10 inboard diesel engine. This has been well maintained and offers economy and reliability. Most recent service was in March 2024 at the start of the season.
Reduction gearbox driving a stainless steel shaft and Darglow Featherstream 3-bladed bronze propeller. The shaft and the propeller were replaced in 2013. At the same time the shaft seal was changed to a water lubricated PSS type.
Single lever engine control mounted in cockpit.

Electrical

Single 12V battery providing engine start and electronic power. This is fitted with an islotalor and recharged via the engine alternator or the solar charger.
12V sockets on board with volt readout. 12V switch panel with fuses.

Rigging

Sloop rigged yacht with deck stepped aluminium spars. Roller furling headsail system and slab reefing mainsail system. Continuous mainsheet system with 2 speed easimatic blocks. Halyard winch mounted on mast, spinnaker sheet winch mounted on coachroof and self tailing 2-speed genoa sheet winches mounted in cockpit.
Stainless steel standing rigging and terylene running rigging. Wichard wheel style back stay tensioner.

Accommodation

Below decks is finished to a high standard with varnished bulkheads and cabinet work. The interior cushions are finished in a navy base with discreet white pattern.
Dinette to port with dining table that is alo a chart table with chart storage and the base for the infill cushions converting this area to a double berth.
Opposite is the galley with excellent storage, gas fuelled oven with 2-burbner hob and grill and a stainless steel sink with hand pumped fresh water.
Aft of the galley is a spacious quarter berth. Forward of the veneered saloon bulkhead is the heads compartment with sea toilet and sink. The Jabsco toilet has a new 'Twist n Lock' handle.
Opposite the heads is a hanging locker with shelf above. Extra opening port hole at the point.
In the bow is the obligatory V-berth with infill cushion. Storage below the berth.

GRP constructed sailing yacht with swept back fin keel.
Transom mounted rudder with skeg protection and varnished tiller.
White topsides with red boot top and navy coveline striping.
Aluminium toe rail and stanchions. Stainless steel bow and stern rails.
Deep safe cockpit with teak grate. Large sail locker on starboard side with vented gas locker aft.
Coachroof with teak grab handles and port lights to saloon, and heads.
