Well presented, 2-cabin version of the ever popular Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 34.2. Powered by the desirable and well maintained Yanmar 3GM30, 27hp inboard diesel. The vessel has been ashore and has been antifouled, topsides polished and has been fitted with a NEW propeller shaft, cutlass bearing and deep sea seal. Conventional sail plan with Jeckells battened Mainsail new in 2019. Comprehensive navigation package including speed & depth, wind speed indicator, autopilot, Lowrance colour plotter and Icom M330 DSC VHF.
Extremely well presented and clean boat. Comes with bespoke cockpit cushions, table and Eberspacher diesel heating.
Vessel is powered by a well maintained Yanmar 3GM30F inboard diesel engine. This 27hp workhorse has 3-cylinders and is fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Most recent service was in May 2024 ready for season. During the recent lift out for antifouling, the cutlass bearing, propeller shaft and deep sea seal were replaced.
The engine is housed beneath the companionway steps with easy access to the front and rear of engine for servicing and daily checks. Engine start panel mounted in the aft cockpit coaming behind a protective perspex screen. Reduction gearbox driving stainless steel shaft with 3-bladed fixed propeller. Rope cutter
Bank of 3x12V batteries providing engine start and domestic power. These were replaced in 2023 and are fitted with battery selector switches and are recharged via the engines alternator or the onboard battery charger when attached to shore power.

Bermudan sloop sail plan with deck stepped aluminium spars. Rigid boom vang and mainsheet track forward of sprayhood. All lines are led aft for ease when sailing solo or with an inexperienced crew.

Below decks is warm and welcoming thanks to the combination of teak veneer cabinet work and Aqua Marine coloured fabric upholstery. The floor is teak and holly in good condition. This is the 2-cabin version with owners double cabin aft and double cabin in the bow. The curved saloon dining/seating area converts to a considerable double berth by dropping the table and putting in an in-fill cushion.
Plentiful storage areas with two hull mounted cupboards in the saloon, hull mounted cupboards at the galley and shelved storage and hanging space in both cabins. The galley is linear and situated on the port side. This area features a stainless steel double sink, gas fuelled oven with 2-burner hob and a top loading refrigerator.

GRP constructed sailing yacht with standard draft fin keel, semi-balanced rudder and binnacle mounted wheel steering. White hi-gloss topsides with smart navy and silver hull decals. Underwater areas were antifouled in 2024, topsides were polished, and anodes replaced.
Good sized side decks with easy access forward to foredeck with anchor locker and electric windlass. Chain locker with strong point. Cast aluminium stem head fitting with double roller.
