Solid GRP hull mouldings, foam-cored and teak laid decks

Teak toe rail

GRP hull has isophatic gelcoat and a vinylester barrier coat with polyester main laminate laid up by hand

Hull is Divincell closed cell foam cored above the waterline for stiffness and insulation

Rubbing strake with metal capping integrated into the hull

Lead keel attached with 12 stainless steel keel bolts

The deck, coach roof and cockpit are foam sandwich construction
